This week I was fortunate enough to photograph a family that is in need of a miracle. Paul and April’s daughter, Ariana, is just four years old. She has been diagnosed with Brain Stem Glioma (an inoperable brain tumor). Just a few weeks ago Ariana’s doctor gave the family devastating news, she has 4-6 weeks to live. The family has incredible faith and a positive outlook on the future.
It was the biggest honor of my life to be invited into their home to photograph “a day in a life at the Samaras house.”
This family is just like yours and mine. They laugh together, they play with one another and the share an incredible love for family. They have two boys that are 6 and 9 years old. They are doing all they can to be able to pay the medical bills and support their family. If you are planning on giving to any charity this holiday season please consider the Samaras family.
